The probability isnt low its infinity
It’s simple - the performance is not rewarded and this frustrates. Dave is a boomer and their management style is to be always unhappy with their employees, no matter how good they are, always finding something to be nagging and criticise. This ruins the best of minds. However the advice to split the jobs is reasonable.
He didn't mention if he was one of the thousands of businesses that filed and received money from the government due to the rules put in place during Covid.
Wow
After infinite time, the monkeys may just evolve to homo sapiens.. 😂
If you get a divorce your screwed
I'm not a fan of Nintendo or how they run their business and their attitudes towards anyone doing anything in public, social media or in any other way with their games, treating said games as their property long after it's sold to us. That said, this particular example of Nintendo leadership is good and admirable.
We love the Wii and our 8-year-old uses it regularly to play Super Mario Bros 1 and 3 and Sonic.
Actually the probability is 100 percent
Thats assuming the monkeys dont hatch a plan of their own and enslave us...
Hail Ceasar 😂... if you've watched the planet of the apes movies you'll understand my reference to Ceasar lol
That is a top teir boss and executive team.
It looks like there isn't enough meat on the bone left to maintain 3 top wages, especially if the owners are stepping back. I'm imagining that until now the managers wage was factored into operating costs but increasing the wage (plus hiring someone new to replace some of the jobs that owners or old manager used to to) does start to eat into the profits. A few options are possible: Structure a management buyout where this guy slowly buys you out over the course of 5/10 years and then you stay in the shadows as a minority stakeholder (say 20%). Outright sell and run for the hills. Keep him as purely salariednor salaried plus incentives but you need to stay more involved and risk him being poached as he has no stake in the company.
That's atheists belief 😂😂😂
When Covid hit, I doubled down and hired more employees, set them up to work from home. My business is still alive.
First of all, not a theorem. Secondly, absolutely did not justify where he was going with it.
Tell the real story how you got out of debt how you were a third party to a lot of your friends business dealings.
Many business owners pay key employees as much or more than they pay themselves. Don’t forget, the business owners get paid last when cash flow is tight.
Good thing I don't buy from vendors. My money goes to the real corporation that keep America! going
He says it but did he actually do that?
Wife? Hes the one bitching.
Japan has a long history of massive debt
Crap bosses cut employees before they cut themselves. Top level bosses cut their own paycheck before they start cutting people.
Wasn't this what the PPP loans were for?
What's the difference between religious beliefs and mental illness?
The company I worked for changed our contracts with 10% pay cuts I’m ok to save jobs (2007 recession) but come to find out the big CEO got $3,000,000. Bonus at that time and they laid off people who needed the job most You sir have a heart
He's lieing. I'd bet he got tons of money from government. If u got brag bout how much good u doing and helping ppl. Then u probably not really doing it
How rare to find a CEO care about their employees to this extent. Once upon a time it was like this, now it seems it’s all about profit, the shareholders, and the senior people getting a fat payout and stocks when they leave. Soooo depressing!
Respect
It's the stupidity of this example that's infinite
Hell yeah. You can't drive forward looking back
Managers love to conflate management with leadership. It sounds better to be a “leader,” but those are two different worlds with entirely different priorities.
This is the kind of question all business owners should be asking. If you know someone is worth their salt, then pay them accordingly. Find delima in not being sure how much money is acceptable, instead of worrying about how to screw over as many employees as possible
When monkeys were given typewriters, next day they had written the Quran. 😊
I was that mom with the sick kids. My premie twins had 10 ear infections the first year. Yes they got tubes 3 days after their first birthday. Premies or disabled kids just get sick a lot. I bet that mom when she is at work is one of your best employees as she needs the $ and she appreciates your grace.
I dunno if I'll live that long
When we come for you it won't matter we're taking it anyway
You dont see that these days.. just greedy ceos laying people off then giving themselves bonuses for cutting the work force. Smh
It's another reason to respect Nintendo is a great company. Another reason to support them.
Respect.
She’s been having some problems with her TPS reports…
Too lo
Years ago there was a business that had a fire. I think they made clothes or suits. The owner was able to pay his employees while they fixed the business. Im not sure if it was full or reduced salary. I believe they had their benefits too.
There is video from The Onion, “CEO works his way up from Son of CEO,” sounds like Dave’s kid is on the same hard knocks track.
And here we are in Canada with the government refusing to go after companies who frauded the COVID response money.
We could probably simulate this with ai now, but it'll probably be a waste of time and money
Of course his son is a genius😂
€60k? That was my salery 20 years ago in The Netherlands. How do you live for 60k when everything is so much more expensive in US comparing to NL
Is that true? As if the thought experiment can be validated by an infinite number of monkeys 😂
All these people had a choice whether to buy the book or not.
Same with everything in existence
